Nurse-led care coordination & patient advocacy

You don’t have to navigate healthcare alone.

When you or someone you love is unwell, understanding what happens next can feel overwhelming. I help adults and families coordinate care, understand treatment plans, and stay informed, working alongside their treating healthcare teams.

Let’s Discuss the Support You Need

A care plan is easier to follow when you understand it.

Medical care can involve several specialists, unfamiliar terms, repeated appointments, and difficult decisions. Families can find themselves trying to connect the pieces while also worrying about someone they love.

Fine Touch provides a dedicated nursing perspective to help organise those pieces, clarify information, and support communication with your healthcare team.

  • A clearer understanding of your care plan.
  • More organised appointments and follow-up.
  • Support communicating questions and concerns.
  • Agreed updates for the people involved in your care.

How it works

Start with a conversation.

  1. 01

    Tell me what’s happening

We discuss your situation, the support you are looking for, and the main concerns you or your family have.

  2. 02

    Agree on the support

We clarify the scope of support, communication arrangements, and any permissions needed to liaise with your treating healthcare team.

  3. 03

    Coordinate and stay informed

I help organise the agreed next steps and provide updates through the communication arrangements we establish together.

Discuss Your Care Needs

The scope and fees are discussed before you decide to proceed.

Living abroad while someone you love needs care in Kenya?

Distance can make an already worrying situation harder. You may be trying to understand medical updates, organise appointments, or work out who is following up.

  • Help coordinating appointments and follow-up.

About Mildred

Meet the nurse behind Fine Touch.

Hi, I’m Mildred Adhola. I’m a registered nurse with a Master’s degree in Nursing and a background in critical care, emergency flight nursing, and complex case management.

I spent five years in ICU nursing at Nairobi Hospital and nine years with AMREF Flying Doctors. I later moved into school nursing, where I established a school health unit and continued working closely with children and their families.

Across these roles, I’ve seen how much people value someone who listens, explains clearly, and helps coordinate what happens next. Fine Touch brings that experience into dedicated support for adult patients and their families.
